Digital TV Broadcasting

Digital Television broadcasting is a new method of assembling, broadcasting and receiving television services using the same digital technology now common in many products and services, such as computers, compact discs and telecommunications. Compared with current analog television services, digital broadcasting has the potential to provide both higher quality, definition and an extended range of services, with applications not presently available.
