• A selection committee was formed from FACTS ATV specialists group Representing:

  • National broadcasters (ABC and SBS)
  • The commercial networks (7,9 & 10)
  • The regional commercial broadcasters
  • The Department of Communications and the Arts
  • The Australian Broadcasting Authority
