Use Hierarchical Modulation :

- with alpha=1 and guard interval = 1/8 (32uSec)

SDTV + SI information

Robust level : QPSK, FEC 1/2 = 5 Mbps & C/NT =13dB

- SDTV only with SI information on robust level

HDTV

Less robust level : 64QAM,FEC 2/3 = 13.6 Mps & C/NT=20 dB

- all available to HDTV video and sound

(Field Trial Scenario : 64QAM,FEC 2/3 = 19.3 Mbps & C/NT=19 dB)
