[Sniper] Can the packs do Snipers

[Pickford, Neil (DPRS)]

Every time I have rung and spoken to Mitch
he has talked in discouraging terms about
the ability of the new packs to play games
like Snipers.  There seems to be a limitation
of 16 game types in each pack load.

Doc told me the sounds are wrong but he can
instruct the pack lights to turn off.
I suppose we will have to see what it is like
and give it a go.
