[Techlunch] Fluke 405B manual?

Thanks to those who responded to our previous request for a Fluke 405B manual.
It now transpires that there are various versions of this model and we have manuals for
everything else except our model!

The version required is for serial no 148.  It has a hybrid amplifier board containing
transistors, valves and VR tubes.  The board number is 405B-301.  Any 405B manual that
uses valves to control the output pass devices (2 x 8068) would probably be helpful.

I have reverse engineered the relevant section and am still confused as to how it works!
