Good question Dennis,
Emergency services are allowed to apparently.
I allways use a 1/2 headset microphone while mobile with a locking PTT
In the don't do while driving advertising the state a Mobile Phone nothing else I am aware off.
But now they have cameras to detect using mobile phones, what next.
