        Won't make lunch this Friday.<br>

        Courtesy of Mark's American girlfriend who visited in the last

        fortnight.<br>

        She came down with the flue, gave it to Mark now I have it.<br>

        It all happened very quickly so I don't want to attend and pass

        it on for free.😁<br>

        While uncomfortable the main symptom is a very very runny nose

        requiring a semi-trailer load of tissues.<br>

        <br>

        I will get there eventually,<br>
