</a>New people can subscribe at this address too.<br>
There has been major change in the way Email is handled these days
due to spam and malicious behavior.<br>
Mail from happy.emu.id.au does not get thru to some large
organisations because of SPAM filtering and greylisting.<br>
Probably the best way to subscribe new people is send me a list
and I can subscribe them.<br>
The list is hit regularly with lots of new subscribers (spam bots)
but because I have set the subscribe behaviour to confirm (back to
the subscriber) and approve via the list admin, they don't get
thru. </p>
