      Emergency services are allowed to apparently.<br>
      I allways use a 1/2  headset microphone while mobile with a
      locking PTT<br>

      In the don&#39;t do while driving advertising the state a Mobile Phone
      nothing else I am aware off.<br>
      But now they have cameras to detect using mobile phones, what
      next.<br>
