David Whitfield
David Whitfield was born in Canberra (Australia) on 20 October 1965 . He received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Sydney University (Australia) in 1988. Since graduation he has worked in the Department of Communications Information Technology and the Arts & the Spectrum Management Agency, being involved in frequency planning of the radio frequency spectrum and broadcasting services. He is currently working in the television group of the Communications Laboratory within the Department of Communications Information Technology and the Arts investigating digital television services.
