[Techlunch] Update the address list

Yes I moderate the list - keep the Spam away.
The interface allows others to do this job as well.
Members of the list can modify their own entries at 
http://happy.emu.id.au/mailman/listinfo/techlunch New people can 
subscribe at this address too.
There has been major change in the way Email is handled these days due 
to spam and malicious behavior.
Mail from happy.emu.id.au does not get thru to some large organisations 
because of SPAM filtering and greylisting.
Probably the best way to subscribe new people is send me a list and I 
can subscribe them.
The list is hit regularly with lots of new subscribers (spam bots) but 
because I have set the subscribe behaviour to confirm (back to the 
subscriber) and approve via the list admin, they don't get thru.
