Being picky is this National Road Transport regulations or state based? Not clear in the information
As Phil pointed out how many amateurs have actually been pinged for holding a microphone.
Now we have AI confusion a different ball game.

Who provided this information unless a email is signed I have no idea who sent it, could be my system is not set up correctly.
