[Vk1tac] WIDE on Mt Ginini

As Discussed on Sunday ,

1. I propose a WIDE be put on Mt Ginini as a trial, and the present WIDE
(VK1RBM-1) be reverted to a RELAY only station.

2. All current home stations have now had RELAY alias un-enabled and this
has again reduced the amount of traffic.

3. The WIDE on Mt Ginini will also cover Wagga, thus negating the need for
an I-gate out there (to be discussed with Alan VK2KAW).

4. Putting a WIDE on Mt Ginini will also negat the need for two other
planned WIDE's in Yass and Ogalong (half way between Canberra and Cooma).

At the meeting the president or TAPR agreed that the setup would work fine
and that the firmware that we use on our current WIDE is indeed the way to
go..
